RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you wear! While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Size Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted only in case of size issues.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
• To raise an exchange request, WhatsApp us at +91 893 958 3999 or email us at ananya.creations2023@gmail.com with your order details.
• Shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
• Exchanges are not applicable on customized or made-to-order pieces.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp (+91 893 958 3999) or email (ananya.creations2023@gmail.com).
• You must share a full video of the parcel being unboxed—clearly showing the issue—without any kind of editing, for us to assess and process the claim.
