RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.
We strictly do not have any returns/exchange/cancellation/refund on any products once an order is placed.
There is no returns/exchange/cancellation/refund in case of size issues. Hence it is always advisable to order one size up referring the size chart.
We do not entertain return/exchange /refund unless there is a damage in the product. If there is any damage in the product please WhatsApp to +91 893 958 3999 or write to us ananya.creations2023@gmail.com with a full video of unpacking without any kind of editing within 24 hours of receipt of parcel.
To be Eligible for exchange:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be returned to us within 7 days from the date on which the product is delivered.
- Unpacking video without editing must be taken to avail exchange of the same product.
In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product once we receive the product within 7 days of claim. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product.
REFUNDS WOULD NOT BE GIVEN IN ANY INSTANCE.
Since we are an online platform, there may be slight variations in the colour/finish/fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights.
No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.
